Job Summary:

Provides diagnostic imaging services through X-ray procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. Ensures high-quality imaging and adheres to safety protocols within a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform high-quality X-ray procedures according to physician orders and departmental guidelines.
  
  
• 
  Operate radiologic equipment safely and effectively, following established safety protocols.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper identification and positioning.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patients throughout procedures, providing reassurance and support.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to all hospital and regulatory safety standards, including BLS and ARRT requirements.
  
  
• 
  Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist within the specialty.
  
  
• 
  ARRT certification is required.
  
  
• 
  Current BLS certification is required.
  
  
• 
  Ability to perform general radiologic procedures with precision.
  
  
• 
  Strong understanding of radiation safety practices.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and patient care skills.
