Operations ManagerThe Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of our treatment facility. This position requires a combination of strategic planning, operational oversight, and team management to ensure optimal service delivery and facility performance.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the facility, including patient services, staff scheduling, and facility maintenance.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Manage a team of administrative and support staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.Coordinate with clinical directors to ensure seamless integration of clinical and operational components.Monitor budget and financial management, including billing, payroll, and procurement of facility supplies.Handle logistics for patient admissions and discharges, ensuring a smooth process and maintaining high standards of patient care.Facilitate communication across departments to promote a collaborative environment that supports patient treatment plans.Analyze operational processes and implement improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure the facility meets all local, state, and federal regulations concerning healthcare and privacy standards.Develop and foster relationships with vendors, external partners, and community organizations.Qualifications:2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or treatment facility setting.Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and best practices in substance use disorder treatment.Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working constructively with diverse teams.Proficiency in healthcare IT systems and office software.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.Experience specifically in substance use disorder treatment facilities.Certified in healthcare compliance or operations management.Physical Demands:The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
