Job Description Work on cutting-edge tech patent litigation. Direct exposure to top-tier global tech clients. Develop and execute litigation strategies for patent disputes. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Conduct legal research and analyze complex patent and intellectual property issues. Collaborate with clients to provide strategic advice and updates on case progress. Participate in discovery processes, including depositions and document reviews. Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediations. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and co-counsel. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal precedents and patent law developments. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school. A license to practice law in California. Experience in patent litigation, including familiarity with patent law and litigation processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing cases.
