responsibilities:

• Create, oversee, and process sales orders, exchange orders, warranty requests, credits, and purchase requests in alignment with Our Client's established standards.

• Serve as the principal customer contact for transactional resolutions while collaborating internally with Our Client's sales, finance, repairs, purchasing, and product line teams.

• Manage the general sales support email inbox to ensure customer requests and orders are processed promptly, routed accurately, and completed to meet commitments.

• Enforce strict adherence to established Global Trade policies, DOC/DOS license requirements, and standard workflow procedures for all global exports on behalf of Our Client.

• Participate in the development and implementation of cross-departmental procedures to continually improve operational efficiency for Our Client.
