Maintenance Technician

Pay: $25.00 – $34.00 per hour
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and be comfortable diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs, and completing preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and equipment-related problems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Repair and replace mechanical components such as bearings, belts, chains, motors, pumps, and other equipment parts.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, motors, controls, and sensors.
• Use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and other maintenance equipment.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and make timely repairs.
• Assist with installation, adjustment, and startup of new or existing equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of motors, conveyors, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drive systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical components, controls, sensors, and wiring.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check .
• Must be able to pass a drug screen .
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work around industrial equipment for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move maintenance-related materials and equipment as required.

Compensation

$25.00 – $34.00 per hour , based on experience and skill level.

All three shifts are available — 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
