Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support guests, tenants, and staff with outstanding customer service and clear communication while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support retail loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with incident response, and completing accurate reports related to theft, trespassing, and/or other security-related events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
