Job Opportunity: Licensed Audiologist

If so, we invite you to consider joining our team as an Audiologist, where you will conduct medical evaluations for United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records uploaded by Veterans prior to their appointments through a secure computer portal.
• Administer the Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test.
• Complete a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) within the computer portal, which serves as essential medical evidence for the VA's decision-making regarding benefits.
• Assess and evaluate an average of 3-6 Veterans daily.
• Note: This role does not involve prescribing medical treatments or devices.

Work Schedule

This is an IN-PERSON position with flexible options for Part Time or Full Time work. Each patient appointment lasts between 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Enjoy a schedule free from evenings, on-call duties, weekends, and hearing aid sales.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from an ASHA Accredited institution.
• Current Audiologist license.
• Compliance with the credentialing standards established by the VA.
