Summer Camp Behavior Technicans

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our summer camp team in Red Bank, New Jersey. This role involves providing direct support to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a fun and structured camp environment. This opportunity runs for 7 weeks and may lead to other ongoing opportunities for the right candidate. Responsibilities Provide one-on‑one and group behavioral support to campers aged 7-18, who will be grouped based on age ranges. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a clinical lead. Collect accurate data on target behaviors and program goals. Facilitate social skills, communication, and age‑appropriate leisure activities. Ensure the safety and well‑being of all campers during camp hours. Engage in community outings within walking distance of the facility. Facilitate art, science, sport, cooking and creative activities with the campers. Qualifications Experience working with children with autism is required. Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week and commit to at least 5 out of the 7 weeks of camp. Ability to work daily hours from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Reliable, professional, and patient demeanor. Willingness to learn and receive training; we will train the right candidate. Compensation & Schedule Pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience. Camp Dates: July 6th to August 21st. Schedule: Part‑time, 12:30 PM–5:30 PM.
