The journey begins here - with Global- a 1st Flagship Company, where we are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Budget Management: Develop, implement, and monitor the budget for Bremerton inactive ship operations.Compliance: Ensure all financial operations comply with Navy regulations, federal contracts, and company policies.Cash Flow Management: Monitor and maintain optimal cash flow to meet operational needs.Financial Systems: Oversee the implementation and management of financial systems and software.Training and Development: Train staff in financial processes, tools, and best practices.Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor financial KPIs for site operations.Contract Financial Management: Manage financial aspects of government contracts, including CPFF and FFP agreements.Financial Policy Development: Develop and enforce financial policies and proceduresExemplify and promote corporate core values.Strategic Planning Support: Collaborate with leadership to align financial strategies with operational objectivesMinimum QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in budgeting and cost analysis, including financial management responsibilitiesKnowledge of government contracting and the financial requirements associated with federal contracts.Ability to analyze financial data, prepare accurate reports, and explain financial information clearly to leadership and government customers.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience using financial systems.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.A valid state driver's license and qualification to operate government or company vehicles for required site duties.Position requires a SECRET Security Clearance.Must be a US Citizen per Inactive Shipoff Instruction 5500.3B of May 13Preferred QualificationsA bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, business, or a related field.Experience supporting Navy, DoD, maritime, or other federal contracting operations.Familiarity with CPFF and FFP contract financial management.Experience supervising or leading finance and accounting staff.Global- a 1st Flagship Company is an E-Verify and is an equal opportunity employer.
