1st Shift - High Reach/Cherry Picker Forklift Operators

Volt is immediately hiring 1st Shift - Forklift Operators in the city of Chino, CA. We are seeking 1st Shift candidates with experience in both of the following forklifts: Cherry Picker Forklift and High Reach Forklift. As a Forklift Operator, you will:

• Operate both the Reach Forklift and Cherry picker Forklift (8 Feet High). You will be Tested on both Forklifts on the 1st day.
• Perform variety of warehouse functions, such as Picking, Packing, Loading, Unloading, move, put-away, and stage products and materials using a forklift, or other power equipment.
• Utilize an RF Scanner. Must have RF Scanner experience.
• Use a computer at times for warehouse functions.
• Follow all safety rules and requirements and perform all housekeeping responsibilities.
• Perform Daily Inspection on equipment.
• Check orders for accuracy
• Prepare products for shipment
• Performs other duties as assigned.

This is a Temp to Hire, Full-time long-term opportunity.

Schedules:

• Schedule A: 6:00am - 2:30pm (Possible 4:00am Start) Monday Friday With Possible OT and Some Mandatory Saturdays Required.
• Schedule B: 10:00am - 6:30pm. (Possible 8:00am Start) Monday Friday With Possible OT and Some Mandatory Saturdays Required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must Pass - 7 Year Background Screen, Employment/Education Verifications and a Drug Screen.
• Must have experience with both the Cherry Picker & Reach FL Will be Tested on both Forklifts on 1st day.
• Ability to read/write/speak in English.
• Comfortable using a computer. (Oracle, Coupa or Excel experience is a Plus)
• PACER Forklift is a plus!
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
