Palliative Care PhysicianLee Health is seeking an experienced Palliative Care Advanced Practice Provider!Lee Health is a nonprofit organization with more than 17,000 employees, 4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,200 employed primary care and specialty care providers with multiple practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. The organization has four acute care hospitals and one specialty hospital that together house over 1,800 hospital beds.Position Information:Lee Physician Group is looking for an experienced Palliative Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (APRNs) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy growing practices in Fort Myers.Long established Palliative Care program that is integrated into the health systemHospital based Palliative Care as part of a multidisciplinary team with physician and medical social work supportSchedule is full-time Monday through Friday; covering 1 to 2 weekend days a month; service is 7 days a weekWill have dedicated location but may be asked to cover other locations based on censusPractices have strong clinical support using team-based careEPIC EHR and Dragon Dictation for both Inpatient and Outpatient settingsCandidates must have graduated from an accredited program and be able to obtain a Florida licenseBenefit Highlights:- Generous paid time off to enjoy the Beautiful Southwest Florida weather and beaches!- Relocation package- Dedicated CME time and funding- Malpractice Insurance and Tail Coverage- 403(b) retirement plan with match and 457(b) enhanced retirement option- Short term/long term disability- Participation in the Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness ProgramFort Myers:Come live the beach/vacation lifestyle you’ve always dreamed of in coastal southwest Florida!
