Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help organize and execute marketing campaigns, promotional programs, and brand initiatives. This role supports the day-to-day coordination of marketing activities and helps ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with campaign objectives. The Marketing Coordinator will work across multiple projects, maintain campaign materials and schedules, and communicate with internal teams throughout the execution process. This position is well suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in developing hands-on marketing and project coordination experience. Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day activities for marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives Maintain campaign schedules, project timelines, and marketing calendars Organize marketing materials, resources, and campaign documentation Assist with coordinating campaign launches and ongoing marketing activities Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks and deadlines Support the preparation and distribution of promotional materials Coordinate with sales, events, customer service, and operations teams on campaign needs Assist with brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives Maintain accurate records related to marketing activities and campaign performance Gather campaign results, customer feedback, and other relevant information for internal review Conduct basic market and competitor research to support upcoming initiatives Help ensure marketing materials and messaging remain consistent across campaigns Coordinate logistics and materials for promotional events and marketing activities Assist with reporting and general marketing administration Support additional marketing projects and company initiatives as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant professional experience Strong organizational and project coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities Comfortable collaborating with different teams and departments Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities Ability to learn new marketing tools, systems, and processes Professional, dependable, and adaptable Previous experience in marketing, communications, events, project coordination, sales support, or a related area is preferred Benefits Comprehensive training and ongoing support Hands-on marketing and campaign coordination experience Professional development opportunities Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Exposure to multiple areas of marketing and business operations Opportunities to develop project coordination, communication, and organizational skills Opportunities for continued growth and increased responsibility Phoenix, AZ #J-18808-Ljbffr
