What You'll Be Doing Analyze and recommend strategies related to fixed-income investments, liquidity management, wholesale funding, and balance sheet positioning. Execute approved investment and funding transactions within established risk, policy, and governance frameworks. Monitor portfolio performance, risk metrics, funding alternatives, and market conditions to support decision-making. Develop executive-ready reports, presentations, and financial analyses for leadership and committee meetings. Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Accounting teams to ensure regulatory readiness and policy compliance. Support reporting enhancements, process improvements, automation initiatives, and model governance efforts. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or a related field; CFA, CTP, or advanced degree preferred. 4+ years of experience in treasury, investments, asset-liability management (ALM), or financial analysis. Strong understanding of fixed-income securities, portfolio risk management, liquidity concepts, and balance sheet strategy. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights to senior stakeholders. Experience developing executive-level presentations and influencing business decisions through data-driven recommendations. Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal, ALM systems, or financial modeling tools is highly valued.
