Role Overview This Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides primary clinical support in a patient-centered environment, assisting providers with diagnostics, treatments, and patient care. Key Responsibilities Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and assist with examinations. Support providers in performing minor procedures and collecting laboratory specimens. Administer medications, vaccines, and perform skin testing within scope of practice. Prepare exam rooms, ensure aseptic conditions, and maintain equipment readiness. Coordinate patient communication, follow-up on diagnostic testing, and respond to patient inquiries. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required). Ability to provide care across specific age ranges and promote a clean, safe environment. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
