Registered Veterinary Technician

NENN is seeking a skilled Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our progressive practice, supporting equine and farm animal care in the field. Key Responsibilities Assisting with lameness evaluations, herd health visits, reproductive exams, dental procedures, and minor surgeries Safe animal handling, maintaining sterile technique, administering medications and vaccines, collecting and processing diagnostic samples, processing lab tests, and monitoring patients under anesthesia Operating imaging equipment such as digital X-ray, ultrasound, and Class 4 laser Interest in teaching, to support the NENN Foundation Nenntorship program Strong technical and animal-handling skills across multiple species Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Sound clinical judgment and problem-solving skills Commitment to professional ethics, client service and animal welfare Ability to adapt to a dynamic practice environment Time management, attention to detail and organizational excellence Qualifications Veterinary Technology Certification from an accredited program Current registration as an RVT Valid driver’s license Comfortable working with both companion and production animals, as well as small animals Competitive salary, commensurate with experience ($80,000-$90,000) Signing and retention bonuses available for the right candidate Professional development: CE allowance and professional memberships covered #J-18808-Ljbffr
