We are seeking a Sr, Sales/Business Operations future employee to help support our rapidly expanding sales organization, here in Milpitas, CA. **This person must be local, with the ability to come into office on a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities: Order Processing and Management: Oversee the lifecycle of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Manage the creation, approval, and tracking of purchase orders for third-party and intercompany transactions. Handle sales order issues and resolve them promptly to ensure smooth sales operations. Report Management: Maintain/track sales revenue report to ensure alignment with corporate metrics. Implement and maintain monthly finance reports. Systems Management: Implement and maintain integrated ERP, sales forecast, and demand planning management systems. Train sales staff on system use and optimize system functionality to enhance operational efficiency. Drive customer master set up. Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure high-quality supply and service. Negotiate contracts and evaluate performance to achieve optimal outcomes. Facilitate recurring meetings to support customer requirement needs. Implement and manage customer advance ship notifications (ASN). Process Optimization & Systems Alignment Implement best practices, monitor performance metrics, and drive process changes cross functionally. Communicating process gaps (including nonstandard work instructions) within the local and global organizations. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience 10 + years Experience Must have Inside Sales and/or Customer Interface experience in Semiconductor industry Excellent and proven customer focus with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities Energetic, thrives in fast paced, familiar with ASIC manufacturing process a great plus Must have strong proficiency with analytics and spreadsheet skills (Excel), PowerPoint Enjoys a very interactive (customer/phone and internal teams) environment Must be a strategic and out-of-the box thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, and strong customer relationship building abilities ERP and CRM tools experience is a plus Strong aptitude for learning new systems/process/procedures Bilingual Japanese speaker is a plus At Socionext America, we believe that diverse teams build better products and experiences.
