Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and adjust workflows to ensure smooth business processes and operational efficiency.

Manage and lead staff, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to maintain high productivity.

Implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and reporting to management.

Coordinate resources and procurement, ensuring materials and supplies are available to meet operational demands.

Develop and maintain operational systems, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control processes.

Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.

Support cross-departmental collaboration to achieve company-wide objectives and continuous improvement.
