Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) $62 K-80K/yr Position Requirement: Remote Full-Time and Part-time Positions Available At OptiMindHealth, we are seeking compassionate and skilled clinicians to join our team. We provide high-quality care and aim to expand mental health services in our communities. Our team-centric approach allows clinicians to focus on patient care while we handle administrative tasks. We offer competitive compensation packages and prioritize clinician experience. Responsibilities: Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create treatment plans, and complete documentation. Provide excellent care, collaborate with the team, and utilize creativity in interventions. Maintain at least 32 hours per week for patient care. Coordinate services with other providers and attend clinical meetings and trainings. Qualifications: Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields. Full, current, unrestricted license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively, maintain boundaries, and pass a background check.
