Overview Job Title: Bookkeeper/Accountant Company: Genius Agency AI We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in all accounting transactions. This role involves maintaining general ledgers, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with monthly financial reporting to support accurate business decision-making. Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records including accounts payable and receivable Process invoices, receipts, payments, and reconcile bank statements Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Assist with payroll processing and tax filings as needed Collaborate with external accountants during audits or tax season Monitor and manage company expenses and reimbursements Qualifications Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential financial data with integrity Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Additional Qualifications Experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) Understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Good communication and ability to work independently Relevant educational background (degree or certification preferred) Benefits 100% remote job working in the comforts of your home Non-toxic environment Growth potential #J-18808-Ljbffr Genius Agency AI
