Job Overview
Mobile Maintenance is hiring Washbay Technicians in Odessa, TX to support our customers fleet and field operations. This role is ideal for hardworking, reliable individuals who want strong earning potential and a consistent rotational schedule.
Schedule
- 14 days on / 7 days off
- Shifts can vary
- Opportunities to work during days off are available
- Rotational schedule provides extended time off every month
Pay
- Commission-based pay
- High performers can earn $100,000+ per year
- Earnings tied directly to productivity and efficiency
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on automotive and oil & gas equipment
- Work on a team

Requirements
- Ability to work long shifts and rotational schedules
- Comfortable working outdoors in West Texas conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Oilfield or equipment washing experience a plus, but not required
