Responsibilities Support day-to-day financial operations, including account transactions and reconciliations Assist with processing, validating, and maintaining financial data across internal systems Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Sales) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance Provide client-facing support, addressing inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvements within the operations team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field OR call center experience High School diploma is mandatory At least 6 months of experience in customer support (recent grads encouraged to apply) Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly Why Apply?
