Details for Assembly Technician position:

• $17-18/ Hour
• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job duties for Assembly Technician :

• Assemble components accurately and efficiently to meet quality and customer standards
• Follow core values, written and verbal instructions, and complete assigned duties including overtime as needed
• Read work orders, verify kit quantities, and perform quality checks to meet production and completion targets
• Monitor equipment, report issues, and perform approved preventative maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following company standards
• Maintain level 3 proficiency, train team members, and support additional departmental needs
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Assembly Technician :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No experience required; soldering assembly experience a plus
• Strong communication skills with full English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension
• High attention to detail and manual dexterity for accurate, efficient work
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and production goals
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate in a productive work environment
• Adequate visual acuity, with or without correction, to safely perform job duties
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
