Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, establishing treatment plans tailored to individual goals and challenges.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in real-time during virtual sessions, utilizing methods that may include CBT, DBT, and other modalities.

• Regularly reviewing and updating treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Documenting session notes accurately and timely in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all client interactions and treatment updates are thoroughly recorded.

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and strategize holistic care approaches.

• Contributing to CloudWave's culture by actively participating in team development activities and enhancing team dynamics through supportive communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. You will influence the lives of adults aged from young adulthood to seniors, focusing on fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance to encourage engagement and progress in treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and active license as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

• Bachelor's degree in a related mental health field is required; a master's degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize therapeutic techniques effectively and build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Superb written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and empathy in client interactions.

• Competent in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records to document patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
