You will also play a crucial role in fostering a culture of happiness and well-being within our organization.Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysisDevelop and implement financial strategies to ensure the long-term financial health of the companyProvide financial leadership and guidance to the executive team and department headsCreate and monitor financial KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvementOversee the preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate with external auditorsManage relationships with financial institutions and other external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with all financial regulations and lawsMentor and develop a team of finance professionalsContinuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencyRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferredAt least 8 years of experience in a senior finance position, with a proven track record of successStrong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principlesExcellent leadership and people management skillsAbility to think strategically and make sound financial decisionsSuperb analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAt Happiness To Work.inen, we believe that happy employees lead to a successful and prosperous organization.
