PeopleLink Staffing Solutions , in partnership with a leading cold chain logistics and fulfillment company specializing in temperature-sensitive and perishable products in the Whitestown, IN area, is seeking MHE Drivers to join their team. This climate-controlled facility focuses on warehousing, distribution, and e-commerce fulfillment for fresh, frozen, and refrigerated goods and offers a wide range of perks, including full benefits, 401(k), and profit-sharing opportunities.

MHE Driver Job Summary

1st Shift MHE Operator| SUN-WED 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM| $20.00

2nd Shift MHE Operator| SUN-WED 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM| $20.00

3rd Shift MHE Operator| SUN-WED 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM| $20.00

• Safely operate material handling equipment (MHE), including reach trucks, cherry pickers (order pickers), stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and walkie riders
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers safely and efficiently
• Pick, replenish, stage, transport, and store products throughout the warehouse
• Perform put-away, replenishment, and inventory movements using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Verify product counts, locations, and inventory accuracy
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Follow OSHA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and all company safety policies
• Work in refrigerated and freezer environments while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 1 year of MHE experience required
• Experience operating reach trucks and cherry pickers/order pickers required
• Experience operating stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and walkie riders preferred
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or cold storage experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments with occasional freezer exposure
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills required
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
