We are all employee-owners at HDR, which is the foundation of our collaborative culture that connects employees around the world.In the role of Project Controls Specialist, we'll count on you to: Establish WBS, and develop and maintain complex project schedules for various phases of the projectCoordinate with necessary team membersDevelop and monitor project metricsParticipate in project coordination meetingsConduct project site visits if applicableConduct schedule baseline and schedule update reviewsDevelop cost estimatesPerform other duties as needed Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or EngineeringA minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects (or equivalent), preferably including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reportsCertifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PE, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CSTAbility to interpret construction schedulesQualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degreeThe capability to actively progress knowledge in the areas of:Oral and written communication skillsInterpersonal and leadership skillsCoordination and prioritization of multiple long and short-term tasksOrganizational, analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
