Assistant Property Manager - Resident Services & Operations
Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority
A local housing authority in Cincinnati seeks a Property Management Assistant to support the Property Manager with daily responsibilities. This role includes inspecting properties, collecting rent, and consulting with residents to resolve issues. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Property Management or related field and demonstrate effective communication. An understanding of PC applications like Microsoft Word and Excel is also preferred.
