Client Services Associate

Summary Provides luxury client service in the Chicago gallery, greeting and assisting clients across in‑person, phone and email interactions. Partners with gallery staff to assess client needs, connect clients to the right associates, and resolve concerns while maintaining high standards of presentation and taste. Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients and assist with questions or concerns Connect clients with the appropriate associates based on purchase needs Assist and communicate with clients in the gallery, over the phone and via email Provide elevated client services support to gallery partners to resolve client concerns Develop product knowledge of RH offerings to inform and advise clients Create a luxury service experience in every interaction Requirements Customer service experience within a design firm, high‑end furniture showroom, or luxury retail setting preferred Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills; detail‑focused and client‑driven Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and maneuver around gallery floor, stock room and office; job entails prolonged standing and physical movement #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
