divh2Agency Asset Manager I/h2pThe Principal Associate plays a key role responsible for managing all aspects of an assigned portfolio of multifamily agency loans, with primary focus on monitoring risk while providing exceptional customer service. This position will be a member of the Agency Finance Asset Management team, primarily focused on Freddie Mac loans and report into a Senior Manager./ppResponsibilities:/pulliAnalyze financial statements and property operating statements/liliConduct property inspections/liliReview reserve draws/liliProcess lender consent requests, including related review of loan documents and other agreements/liliManage client relationships, providing excellent customer servicing while enforcing loan document/lender requirements./liliPerform ongoing risk analysis, ensuring timely risk detection and appropriate monitoring/liliIdentify CREFC watchlist triggers and prepare investor comments for assigned portfolio/liliPrepare loan and portfolio level status reports/liliComply with all Investor monitoring and reporting requirements/li/ulpBasic Qualifications:/pulliBachelors Degree or military experience/liliAt least 4 years of experience in commercial real estate/liliAt least 3 years of GSE experience (Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac) or CMBS experience/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliBachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics/liliAt least 3 years of experience with loan asset management/liliFreddie Mac Certified Inspector Status or equivalent inspection experience/liliHighly developed analytical skills including the ability to create complex spreadsheets and financial analyses/liliProficiency in analyzing property operating statements, rent rolls, and borrower financial statements and in modeling complex financial scenarios/liliStrong written and oral communication skills/liliHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)./liliMortgage Bankers Association (MBA) Multifamily Property Inspections Certification/li/ulp***At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position./ppThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
