We are currently seeking reliable individuals for our Entry Level Production role on the 1st Shift. Are you transitioning from fast food , cashier work, retail , or event support ? Perhaps you have a background as cleaner; janitorial staff, or you are looking to enter manufacturing; production for the very first time. We want you! Whether your past experience is in a warehouse; order packer; assembly environment or something completely different, we welcome your application. This is a fantastic opportunity because absolutely no experience required , and we will train you on everything you need to know to succeed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $18.50-$23.50/hr- no experience required !

Responsibilities include;

• Perform basic daily tasks within our manufacturing; production facility to ensure smooth operations.
• Learn how to operate equipment and tools safely (we will train you on all procedures).
• Maintain a tidy and safe workspace, utilizing skills similar to standard cleaner; janitorial duties.
• Handle, sort, and package materials just as you would in a warehouse; order packer; assembly role.
• Provide excellent teamwork and communication, drawing on the interpersonal skills you may have gained from fast food , cashier , retail , or event support backgrounds.

Skills/Qualifications;

• no experience required ! (We truly mean it-beginners and career-changers are highly encouraged to apply).
• A strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt (we will train you comprehensively from day one).
• A dependable work ethic, whether your resume features fast food , cashier positions, retail , or event support .
• High attention to detail and safety, which is crucial for both cleaner; janitorial work and our dynamic manufacturing; production floor.
• The ability to stay active and work in a fast-paced environment akin to a busy warehouse; order packer; assembly setting.
