We are looking for a welcoming and service-focused Workplace Experience Ambassador to support day-to-day office operations. This contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an exceptional front-desk experience, helping guests and employees feel supported, and keeping workplace services running smoothly. The person in this role will combine hospitality, reception coverage, and facilities coordination while partnering with vendors and internal teams to maintain an efficient environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, employees, and clients with a welcoming and friendly presence while managing front-desk activity and ensuring a positive arrival experience.

• Monitor daily workplace conditions through routine office walkthroughs, identifying service needs and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.

• Coordinate meeting rooms, guest visits, and event support by arranging space setup, confirming technology or catering needs, and communicating with key support teams.

• Work closely with building service providers such as maintenance, cleaning, and security partners to address requests and help resolve operational issues promptly.

• Support seating changes, office moves, and workspace updates by helping track layouts, coordinating logistics, and partnering with internal stakeholders.

• Administer visitor access procedures, including check-in support, host notifications, badge coordination, and adherence to site security expectations.

• Assist with workplace reporting, service follow-up, and administrative tasks related to office functions, deliveries, supplies, and general facilities support.

• Contribute to a high-quality employee and guest experience by anticipating needs, responding to questions quickly, and maintaining consistent service standards.

• Prior experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, workplace services, or a similar front-of-house support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with visitors, employees, vendors, and leadership.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
• Working knowledge of general office operations, administrative support, and facilities coordination practices.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications for scheduling, communication, reporting, and routine administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with visitor management, security awareness, and compliance with workplace procedures.
• Team-oriented approach with an outgoing personality and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
