The Beer/Food Server at Wrentham Outlets plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service at the Wrentham Outlets Seasonal Beer Garden by efficiently managing food and beverage orders in a fast-paced outlet environment. This role involves maintaining cleanliness, collaborating with team members, and supporting the set-up and break-down of service areas. The Beer Garden is an open-air setting but you will be working inside. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, servers work less than 10 hours per day during the seasonal period; up to 30 hours per week in team of 2-3 individuals during peak days. This is a tip salary position with the potential to earn up to $25/hour based on sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Serve Beer and Wine
• Prepare a variety of wine cocktails
• Prepare a small menu of food items promptly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Set up and break down service stations as required
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in food service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of E-Tips (Required)
• ServSafe (optional)
• Familiarity with food safety protocols
• Experience operating POS systems
• Strong customer communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Team-oriented with attention to detail
• Ability to work alone on certain days
