You will support advanced dental implant procedures and provide world‑class patient care. Job Type & Compensation Full‑time. Salary: $24.00 – $29.00 per hour based on experience and certification. Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Full healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Paid time off and holidays for work‑life balance Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts required Ongoing training and education through ClearChoice University Pathways to leadership and specialized training roles Collaborative, mission‑driven culture focused on patient care What You’ll Do Work directly with the Prosthodontist to assist in advanced dental implant treatments Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, ensuring strict infection control standards Provide chair‑side assistance during procedures, anticipate the dentist’s needs, and keep the treatment area clear Make patients comfortable and informed throughout their visit Take dental x‑rays, process radiographs, and assist with radiographic imaging Prepare materials for impressions and restorations Educate patients on post‑operative care and general oral hygiene Support the prosthetic team with inventory management, lab coordination, and record‑keeping Perform office tasks such as scheduling appointments, receiving patients, maintaining records, and ordering supplies Collaborate with oral surgeons, hygienists, and patient education consultants to ensure exceptional care Assist in specialized areas such as oral surgery, periodontics, and prosthodontics as needed Skills & Experience Valid certifications meeting applicable state requirements At least 2 years of experience in a dental assisting role Experience with dental implants or prosthodontics highly desirable Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle dental instruments with precision Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and patient care skills Comfortable with radiographic equipment and digital dental technology Equal Opportunity Employer TAG – The Aspen Group is an equal‑opportunity employer.
