Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, specific charting experience, and necessary certifications to support patient treatment and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency nursing care to patients in critical and non-critical condition.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in Epic charting systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with travel, background, and certification requirements prior to assignment.
• Complete all required modules during orientation, maintaining documentation of hours spent.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding work history verification and background checks.

Qualifications:

• Valid State RN license required at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 5 years of ER nursing experience, with specific charting and Epic experience preferred.
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and STABLE certifications in hand.
• Ability to provide 7-year work history verification and documentation for each position.
• Willingness to work day shifts (3x12 hour shifts) and every other weekend.
• Must have at least 2 years of recent ER experience to support submission.
