About the Role:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic candidate with positive energy and excitement to join our team here in paradise! This is a full-time position at The Deck 560. As a Host(ess) at the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort & Spa, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of seating in our restaurant. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive atmosphere, addressing guest inquiries, and providing information about menu offerings and specials. Additionally, you will collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring that all guests feel valued and attended to. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall guest satisfaction and the reputation of our resort as a premier dining destination.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a host(ess) position or similar role in a restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with reservation management systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements, optimizing table turnover while maintaining guest comfort.
• Provide guests with information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.
