Clinic Supervisor

We're partnering with a globally recognised testing and certification organisation to find a Clinic Supervisor for their dermatology and consumer testing facility in Dallas, TX. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy clinical testing environment, ensuring studies run smoothly, safely, and in full compliance with relevant protocols. What you'll be doing Overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring studies are delivered on time and to a high standard of quality Managing and supporting a team of clinical/study staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management Ensuring compliance with GCP, protocol requirements, informed consent processes, and internal SOPs Liaising with study sponsors, panel/subject recruitment functions, and internal quality teams Supporting audits and inspections as required Acting as an escalation point for operational issues within the clinic What we’re looking for Proven experience supervising or managing a clinical, dermatology, or consumer testing environment Strong working knowledge of GCP, IRB processes, and informed consent requirements Experience in cosmetic, personal care, or consumer product testing is highly desirable A hands-on leader who's comfortable managing people, process, and compliance simultaneously Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinic setting What’s on offer The opportunity to join a globally established organisation with strong career development pathways A collaborative, people-focused working environment Competitive salary and benefits package (details shared confidentially) #J-18808-Ljbffr
