As a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol in Oregon, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a utilities location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine mobile patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. You will deliver outstanding customer service and communication while supporting a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity.

- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a utilities location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or potential hazards.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support authorized entry and reporting irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
- Complete routine reports and incident documentation, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and/or site representatives regarding daily activities and concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 1 year of security experience.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
