Location: Private Residence and Oral Surgery PracticeSchedule: 40 hours per weekTypically M-FSome/Occasional Weekend Availability RequiredEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Staff / Facilities Support Associate to maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance at two locations: a private residence (approximately 3,000 sq. ft., 3-bedroom home) and a professional oral surgery practice (approximately 4,100 sq. ft.).The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, is self-motivated, organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently. This position requires traveling between both locations during the workweek and occasional local errands.Primary ResponsibilitiesResidential Housekeeping DutiesThorough cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, hallways, and common spacesDusting furniture, fixtures, baseboards, blinds, and accessible surfacesVacuuming carpets, rugs, upholstery, and stairsSweeping and mopping hard-surface flooringCleaning mirrors, glass surfaces, and interior windows as neededMaking beds and changing bed linensLaundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing household linens and towelsEmptying trash and recycling containersOrganizing closets, storage areas, pantry items, and household suppliesMonitoring and restocking household cleaning products and paper goodsMaintaining a neat, orderly, and presentable home environmentOral Surgery Practice Cleaning & Facilities DutiesDaily cleaning of reception areas, administrative offices, consultation rooms, staff areas, restrooms, hallways, and non-clinical spacesVacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and floor maintenanceDusting furniture, fixtures, counters, and accessible surfacesCleaning glass doors, windows, partitions, and mirrorsRestocking restroom and breakroom suppliesEmptying trash and recycling receptaclesMaintaining cleanliness of waiting areas and patient-facing spacesCleaning and maintaining breakroom appliances including loading and emptying dishwasher dailyOrganizing storage areas and supply roomsMonitoring facility supply inventory and reporting needsSupporting a professional, clean, and welcoming environment for patients and staffErrands & Support DutiesPicking up and delivering office and household suppliesTransporting small orders, packages, and materials between locationsAssisting with inventory runs to local vendors or storesReceiving and organizing deliveriesReporting maintenance concerns or repair needs promptlyDuties Not IncludedThis position is not responsible for:Any involvement in clinical, dental, or surgical procedures Handling regulated medical waste beyond standard housekeeping protocols established by the practiceSterilization duties requiring specialized training or certification unless specifically trained by the employerMajor home repairs or skilled maintenance tradesQualificationsPrevious housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, hospitality, or facilities experience preferredAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical cleaning activities throughout the dayComfortable working in both a residential and professional office settingStrong integrity and respect for confidentiality and privacyPreferred Driver Requirements (Not Required for Consideration)Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferredClean driving record preferredComfortable performing local driving and errand duties during work hoursDuties in the above nature may be added or adjusted as mutually agreed upon between company and employee.
