- **Insurance Background:** 3-5 years of experience in insurance risk, actuarial, or strategy, or other analytical roles.- **Technical Proficiency:** Skilled in analytics (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python), Powerpoint, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or risk-related discipline (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, etc.) is required.**Base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors, such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors.
