- 从客户角度确保BMW智能座舱数字产品在中国市场的成功验证。
- 作为功能验证，负责与利益相关者保持一致以改进产品。
- 为所有新产品和功能提供产品要求、“Systemabnahme（系统发布）”和“签字”的输入和反馈。
- 与市场、产品和售后团队合作，以增强整体客户体验。 任职资格和经验：
- 本科或更高学位，至少 3 年汽车行业经验。
- 深入了解用户需求和智能座舱数字产品功能，对汽车市场趋势高度敏感。
- 需求管理、产品验证和签核流程方面的专业知识。
- 精通商务英语，口语流利；德语能力者优先。
- 具有较强的沟通能力，熟练掌握 MS Office 工具。
- 热衷于解决整车环境中的实际挑战，能够独立工作，根据需要表现出自律和主动性。
- 强烈的职业道德和协作态度，愿意学习和支持团队成员。 Responsibilities:
- Ensuring successful validation of BMW smart cockpit digital products for China market from customer perspective.
- As feature validation responsible to align with stakeholders to improve the products.
- Delivers inputs and feedback for the product requirements, “Systemabnahme (system release)” and “Sign Off” for all new products and functions.
- Engage with Market, Product, and Aftersales teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Deep understanding of user needs and smart cockpit digital product functionalities, with high sensitivity to Auto market trends.
- Specialized expertise in requirements management, product validation, and sign-off processes.
- Proficient in business English; German language skills are a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Passionate about addressing practical challenges in complete vehicle environments.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-discipline and initiative as needed.
- Strong work ethic and a collaborative attitude, with a willingness to learn and support team members.
