ProSidian Seeks a Change Management Specialist - Transition and Economic Development headquartered near Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland Area to support an engagement for Government - Federal (USA) Sector Clients.

This HR | Exempt position currently best aligns with the Change Management Specialist Labor Category and ideal candidates exhibit the ability to visualize, analyze, and convert data and experiences to meet performance challenges while confidently engaging in productive "Jugaad" and dialogue targeting mission success. ProSidian Team Members work to provide a broad range of general management and business support services, including program and project management; governance and strategic integration; policy analysis; curriculum and training; and data analytics and evaluation for Veterans Benefits Administration, Transition, and Economic Development requirements. Work in this environment helps promote, advance, and instill a culture of civilian readiness for service members, Veterans, and their families by providing early access to VA benefits and resources as well as access to a network of partner organizations working together to accelerate their economic empowerment and well-being.

Change Management Specialist - Transition and Economic Development Candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services (GSSC) related to Environmental Consulting Services (NAICS: 541690), Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy (NAICS: 541690), and Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services (NAICS: 591690) and Performs tasks requiring the knowledge and skills for a multidisciplinary approach to managing change and transition within organizations, programs, and projects. Tasks may include developing plans associated with transition management, implementation of major initiatives, communications associated with major initiatives, risk assessment, and organizational transformation and culture change; completing change management assessments and change management strategy; identifying and managing anticipated resistance; creating actionable deliverables, such as a communication plan, roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, or resistance management plan; supporting and engaging senior leaders; supporting organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities; integrating change management activities into project plan, and evaluating and ensuring user readiness; managing stakeholders; tracking and reporting issues; defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress.

Qualifications

The Change Management Specialist - Transition and Economic Development shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

Minimum Education for The position as a Change Management Specialist: BA/BS degree | Positions as Change Management Specialist in this environment require 5 years Minimum Experience providing services and working in structured environs as a Change Management Specialist specifically related to Transition and Economic Development and Strategic Support for Specialized areas such of Govt. Policy and operational programmatic efforts related to the transition of Service members from military service to civilian life. The client organization consistently evaluates pending and enacted legislative, policy, and leadership-directed program requirements against the existing organizational structure to consider any changes necessary to maintain an adaptable, efficient, and accountable organization structure. Therefore professional background and experience in this environment is important.

TRAVEL: Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or other training requirements. Travel is coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
