If you love animals, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoWelcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalismAnswer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client questionsCheck clients in and out and process paymentsMaintain accurate patient and client recordsCommunicate with veterinarians and veterinary techniciansHelp keep the front desk and reception area organizedProvide exceptional customer service to our clients and their petsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious veterinary reception or veterinary hospital experience preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsComfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environmentReliable, organized, and detail-orientedA genuine love and compassion for animalsAbility to work well as part of a teamSchedule4 days per weekEvery other SaturdayConsistent scheduling with a great work-life balancePayStarting at $21/hour, with compensation based on experience and qualifications.Interested in joining our team?
