Senior Tax Attorney/Partner - no portable business required

Our client is a top firm, seeking a senior tax attorney for its Taxation, Trusts & Estates practice in Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Francisco. The salary for this position will range between $300k to $525k.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in advising individuals and companies on the tax aspects of complex corporate and partnership transactions.
• Experience in strategic and private equity M&A transactions, domestic and international tax planning and structuring, private equity fund formation, capital markets, financings, and restructurings.
• Enjoys mentoring and collaborating across practices.
• LL.M. in Taxation preferred.
• Large law firm experience preferred [not required].
• California bar admissions.
