Position Overview As our Dental Patient Concierge, you will play a central role in shaping the patient experience from the very first interaction through long‑term follow‑up care. You will serve as both the welcoming face of the practice and a key operational partner helping maintain a calm, organized, and high‑functioning environment. This role combines hospitality, communication, patient advocacy, scheduling coordination, and administrative leadership.
