Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Clarksburg, WV
Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Contract Length: 6-Month Renewable Contract
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year CNA Experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Clarksburg, West Virginia . This is a 6-month contract position with the opportunity for renewal based on performance and facility needs. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of CNA experience and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a professional healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.
• Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and their families.
• Ensure patient rooms and care areas are clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the State of West Virginia (or eligibility to work as a CNA in West Virginia).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent CNA experience .
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and perform physical tasks associated with patient care.
• Reliable, professional, and patient-focused approach.

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• 12-hour shifts
• Flexible scheduling based on facility needs
