Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments per care plans and facility policy
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, and document accurately
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility as needed
- Collaborate with RNs and the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans
- Maintain infection prevention, safety, and quality standards consistent with regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Active LPN license to practice in New Mexico
- Ability to work a rotating schedule and 3x12-hour shifts
- Willingness to participate in a 14-week travel assignment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfort working in a long-term care setting and delivering person-centered care
