Minimum Qualifications Required Educational Degree: Bachelor's Degree
Major/Area of Concentration: Human Resources or other business-related field
Preferred Education: Required Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: Preferred Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR, Healthcare HR certifications
Required Experience: 5+ years HR experience with a minimum of 2 years in one or more of the following employee relations, leadership consulting/coaching, talent and workforce planning, organizational development or change management

- Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns
- Support leaders in goal setting, performance reviews, coaching conversations, succession planning and performance improvement efforts
- Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions and assisting leaders in creating and implementing action plans
- Support leaders through organizational changes by providing coaching and change management resources that help caregivers and leaders adapt effectively to change
- Work closely with HR specialty areas (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, OD, HRSC) to provide integrated support to leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, organizational policies, and regulatory standards
- Develop and nurture partners through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees. Awareness of the culture, action plans, financial position, and competition of the business units supported.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources division to develop policies, programs, and solutions.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
