Assistant Project Manager

$45 - $50 per hour

Assistant Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a top energy and utilities client. This candidate will support capital projects throughout the full lifecycle, coordinating schedules, costs, design deliverables, contractors, and construction activities. The ideal candidate is organized, financially attentive, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced utility project environment. This position offers an hourly rate of $45–$50, depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience supporting projects from design through construction and closeout
  • Strong scheduling, cost tracking, budgeting, and project documentation skills
  • Ability to coordinate across Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, ROW, Environmental, and contractors
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Utility, natural gas, pipeline, or energy project experience
  • Trimble experience
  • Experience RAID log and stage gates SOW and contractor/vendor coordination experience
