Radiology - Interventional Physician

SMH INNOVATIONS

Rate: $480-520/hr - competitive locum rates, travel covered.

SMH Innovations is seeking a solo Interventional Radiologist for inpatient coverage at a Level 1 trauma / transplant center in Louisville, Kentucky.

Schedule: 8:00a-4:30p (8-hr shift, 30-min unpaid lunch), on call 4:30p-8:00a
Volume: 40 wRVUs/shift; complex IR procedures
Coverage blocks: 9/21-9/25, 10/12-10/16, 11/23-11/27 (5-day work-week commitment)
PACS: McKesson; Dictation: PowerScribe; support staff available

Board Certified in Radiology with Interventional Radiology fellowship; active KY license (candidates in licensing process considered); 24 months of case logs plus modality checklist at presentation; complete credentialing-ready file with TB/PPD screening, MMR, and current influenza or exemption; facility credentialing timeline 60+ days.
