Who We’re Looking For

You’re a proven service leader who takes pride in the craft and in the people doing it. You coach with honesty, hold a high bar, and measure your success by how well your technicians and customers do - that’s what we mean by Success for All.

• Proven track record in service and management
• Ability to inspire and lead technicians to achieve company goals
• Strong plumbing technical aptitude, including knowledge of local codes
• Clear, confident, and transparent communicator with customers and your team
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and field service and sales software
• A drive to keep moving forward and help your team be better tomorrow than they are today

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of plumbing service technicians
• Show technicians how to build genuine customer rapport and recommend the right products and services
• Set clear sales expectations and hold the team accountable for exceeding revenue goals
• Partner with dispatch and customer service to match the right technician to every job
• Manage the team schedule to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes
• Keep incentive programs fair, transparent, and properly documented
• Review and approve invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets
• Serve as a technical back-up for field technicians when needed

Your Benefits Package

• $85,000-$110,000 base salary plus performance pay (salary is based on experience)
